Activity tracking notice
What this site records
This internal site is for Ontop employees. To see who the weekly update reaches, it records:
- Your Google profile basics: name, work email and profile photo URL, plus when you first signed in, last signed in and were last active.
- Sign-ins: one record each time you finish signing in with Google. Reloading the page or staying signed in doesn't count as a new sign-in.
- Visits and page views: when you open the site in a browser tab, and which pages you open.
- Story progress: how far you got in each update, time spent on each slide, how many times you opened it, and whether you used a phone or a desktop.
- A few actions: finishing an update, replaying it, and opening the Ontop Hub link.
It never stores passwords, Google tokens, IP addresses or anything you type. Only the site administrators (Julian's team) can see other people's activity. You can see only your own.
